Consultant Liaison Program Overview

The Shared Technologies Consultant Liaison Program offers the consultant an information source for themselves and for their clients. ST CLP offers an open line of communication to the consultant community for product information, documentation, briefings, presentations or demonstrations. As a world class Systems Integrator, ST focuses on the products and solutions for the enterprise level end-user space. Our goal is to assist members with support and information across all Shared Technologies platforms and solutions. We are committed to offering members a valuable partnership, helping the recommending consultant identify requirements and meet the needs of their clients.

Membership grants access to our Partners Managed Product Portfolio as well as to up to date information of ST Services and Solutions. The Consultant Liaison Team in conjunction with our Partner's, organizes and promotes product briefings, conferences, seminars and web casts to update the members about the latest advancements in technology and markets trends. Members can take advantage of or have access to our contact center support specialists, technical documentation, white papers, spec sheets, engineering guides and will receive a monthly email communications in addition to developing relationships with the Consultant Relations Team and with local Shared Technologies regional and branch Account Managers and Engineers.

As a criterion for membership - a consultant is defined as an independent person or company whose primary business is in evaluating and recommending communications solutions and technologies for their clients in the United States of America and Canada. They are not an end-user (customer) and are independent in that they have no direct or contractual affiliation with a manufacturer (including Shared Technologies) nor do they sell, install or service systems and equipment for their clients. If you sell/install products, service customer systems, are a product supplier or develop applications, please check the Agent Services Alliance Program website for additional information. Membership is at the sole discretion of Shared Technologies and Shared Technologies reserves the right to evaluate/modify membership and access privileges at any time.
